I took a new broadband connection from BSNL. Home plan 250. I want to see the details of my bsnl broadband bill. How can I get the bill and usage details online ?

Me too using Bsnl Service Like Broadband and Land phone. I pay the bills via online . It is possible , this service available in BSNL official website I linked below

Here is instructions how to pay online bsnl bills

Presume you want the details of your broadband usage DATE wise.

Did you get a usage portal id to check Usage at data.bsnl.in /
(example abc12313032011 PW password )
If not
depending upon your location, you have to register at a selfcare portal.
Submit your own choice of ID and PW will be sent to you by email.
NORTH ndc WEST wdc EAST edc SOUTH sdc

It is just simple as anything, just call up to the broadband service centre of ur exchange and aksk them username and password.

What i smy personal experience that the windows 7 doe not work so good with bsnl braodband , windows Xp is the best simple and best option.

For old users with abcd @dataone.in and Ip 59.xx.xx.xx
the same USERID /PW will do. (I had this connection for three years)

for users with abcd @bsnl.in Ip 117.xx.xx.xx
I got a 14 digit usage portalId and default PW password, and can check usage
at data.bsnl.in. ( after disconnection of BB for 6 months new wef 15112010)
Depending on Circle State others CANNOT get id and PW to check their usage.
Hope this clarifies the matter.
