I am a new user in 3G. I hear that there are a high speed internet access option available in bsnl 3G .. Is it true. If yes what is the cost ?.. I want low rate but a minimum speed of 128 - 256 kbps data transfer. Any 3G service provider give this service?

I am from Cochin. Now I am a new customer of BSNL 3G. How can I make video calls on my mobile. Is it possible in Bsnl 3G. My mobile is made by Nokia and it have only one cam 2 Mega pixel. video calls only support between two 3G mobiles or One 3G and one GSM? .. Please give me a reply...
