News of MTNL Broadband Internet

I am a heavy media down loader, Si I need a best plan for download more. Then I applied for the MTNL 3499 unlimited plan.... MTNL says that its speed up to 4MBPS . my profile shows download speed of 4 mbps .

but i am getting only 2 mbps speed

i called customer care mtnl... but .... constant speed is 2 mbps...

What can I do.

please suggest me.

Mtnl Provide good service in IPTV Delhi and Mumbai. Now New channels added

Delhi IPTV: Channels increased

no of channels increased to 160

Most new channels are regional channels and 3-4 Pakistani channels
