Please mention your BSNL broadband plan.

This might happen due to following reasons

1. Someone using your WiFi. (Soln: Add password, MAC Filter)

2. Some infection causing heavy data transfter. (Soln: use a good firewall)

3. Your usage increased. (Soln: Change plan)

4. Some billing error. (Soln. Check with accounts officer)

Hi,
I agreed with meetdilip. This happens when you download a heavy file or your data usage increased because we just ignore such issues while using the internet. Even though, if you noticed that it is a common practice and you are not using beyond the plan you have to contact the billing officer because I have seen some discontinuity with the company.

Hi, You must have to use your data till the limit,if your package ends you can't access it more. Check every time how much data you use at that time. And if you have some doubt that someone else is using your data then note down.
