Hai

I am purchased reliance HSPA modem recently. There is a problem I faced
that only 30 to 40 kbps download speed is getting.
Why the speed is too slow?. My friend is also using HSPA modem
with reliance receiving 50 to 80 kbps download speed.
I want to increase HSPA modem speed is anyone know how to do that ? reply plz
