Hi

for the last 6 months I am a Bsnl broadband customer. Yesterday night is a rainy day
my bsnl modem damaged with a sound. It was a wirless modem I don't know which company.
(On the top of modem shows a No.WA300G4).

Now I get a Modem from Bsnl (Company UTStarcom UT300R2U) .
I get it from BSNL office . I connect it properly but there are no internet access.
Why it was happened? All the 4 green Light is working.
How can I fix this problem? Please give me reply,

Confirm Phone is working OK.

Please check here and ensure the modem has been set properly.

Did BSNL give you the modem with your ID/PW stored in the modem ?,
or asked you to set it up

Thanks for your reply. I think I am not saved password and username on the modem. How can I get Username and Password

1.
USERID/PW to connect to Internet.
What you used in your old wa3002_g4 modem/router.
( if forgotten ask Bsnl CC.)
usually two letters followed by stdcode and dd/mm/yy of BB connection given.
example ab8012112010@bsnl.in PW default Password.
2.
How did you log in now ? using which service/modem ?
Using a "dialer" to enter USERID and Password ?
3.
For acccessing Modem settings UT300R2U
type 192.168.1.1 ID admin PW admin

Hi,
As much I knew, they send a visitor when you have got problem in accessing internet. Try to contact the helpline number. They will surely resolve the issue.
As you have said, all 4 lights are on, that means there is no problem from server side, the problem is with connection.
